Rukshana produces and delivers Employability programmes for Secondary Schools and Colleges. She uses her knowledge, experience and learning to help prepare and equip young people with the skills they need to give them the edge.

Whenever I conduct an interview I always tell the candidate that even though I am an experienced interviewer, if I were sitting on the other side of the table I would be nervous too! That is the truth. Very few people breeze in and out of interviews without a care in the world'
She is passionate about helping young people get ready for the exceptionally competitive job market.
Schools she has worked with have found that they benefit from interview workshops and follow up coaching and mentoring that prepare students or young people for their first jobs.
Rukshana has worked with secondary schools such as Rosebery School, RES [Rydens Enterprise School and College] in Walton on Thames, St Pauls Catholic College in Sunbury on Thames, Sunbury Manor School and Brooklands College.
We produce bespoke workshops that can include just one or all the elements of our employability programmes.
