What our clients say . . .

I have worked with Rukshana for several years. She is passionate about customer service excellence and was a Customer Service champion for British Airways. This was endorsed by the fact that she was chosen by the company as one of just a handful of people who were invited to undertake the Institute of Customer Service programme, where she attained silver level.
Rukshana is an excellent people manager. She has managed diverse teams, ensuring through her own energy and enthusiasm that service excellence was always a key deliverable. Rukshana has worked in various areas of people management such as recruitment, training and performance management.
Rukshana has also been a presenter in delivering corporate courses. She has strong communication skills. She is a clear orator and can hold the attention of her audience when presenting. By adding her own unique style, her presentation skills are excellent.
Rukshana is very enthusiastic and energetic and fully committed to her work. She is able to analyse situations and bring things to a logical conclusion, ensuring that the rationale for her decision is communicated effectively, thereby ensuring the individual/group of people buy into the decision and are committed to the decision rather than just compliant.
Rukshana is able to think out of the box and bring solutions that are costs neutral, something that is a vital skill in economic conditions that are focused on cost reduction. One particular example is in a piece of work she undertook on employee reward and recognition. She came up with an idea whereby, rather than have an employee award that has a cost implication, the award could still be
made without cost but still had an intrinsic value. Her idea was to have a departmental list of all people who were worthy of recognition, add the names of those people meriting award to that list
and then invite those people to attend VVIP events, special conferences and high profile flights. This was extremely popular with staff as this type of recognition was far for impactful than, say, a bottle of champagne.
I wholeheartedly endorse Rukshana as a very committed and capable individual who would be an asset to any organisation.
